Our Story
We have both been involved in many building projects, from entire house builds to extensions and renovations.
After going through many painful experiences that resulted in missed deadlines, wasted money and frustrating conversations we decided that something had to be done. So we created MyBuild.
MyBuild brings everything into one place that is simple, easy to use, keeps track of everything and turns visions into realities.
We both use it on all of our projects and it’s saved us thousands. And we’re certain it will do the same for you.
About the team
We are Mike and Len. Our paths crossed several years ago. We ran businesses and we also happened to be separately involved in home and work construction projects. Impossible to find software that kept track of all of the details and timelines that would simplify a building project, we partnered. Mike’s senior technology background and Len’s experience running successful companies developed into a fast friendship and MyBuild.
We’re proud and excited to share a FREE platform that saves time and money. MyBuild is an attractive and easy to use holding place for every aspect of a project any size. Simple tutorials make self teach possible and quick for any level of learning. It is extremely, satisfying when all parties are in tune with materials, trades, products and every detail of the project and in real time.

Meet the Founders
Mike Iorio
Mike’s full-speed personality and sense of humor provide the cornerstone to his enjoyment of business and life. An MBA in Finance, invaluable experience gained over 30 years as an entrepreneur, including software architect and an ability to translate business challenges into solutions make Mike a strong leader who is well-equipped to ensure the launch and growth of this industry.
The development and vision for the company’s future, as well as his inherent drive to provide superior customer satisfaction, inspire his team to give their all and have fun doing it.
Mike lives in Bucks County PA with his wife of 36 years, Rita where they raised their now-grown children. He especially enjoys family time with his three grandchildren and German Shepard, Harley.
Len Donato
Dr. Len Donato graduated from The University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine in 1996 and is currently adjunct faculty there. Throughout his career, he has been actively providing continuing education opportunities for veterinarians, veterinary students, and veterinary technicians in exotic pet medicine and surgery as well as business and facility management. Len owns two veterinary hospitals around the Philadelphia area. He has expanded those hospitals, which started his interest in the construction industry.
Len felt there could be a better way of navigating the construction process for everyone involved which led to the development of the MyBuild construction application.
Len lives in Wayne, PA with his wife, Marianne, and children Lena, Joseph and Mica. The Donato family shares their home with a French Bulldog named Bruce Lee, a Bichon named Sammie, and a turtle named Lieutenant Dan. Len enjoys martial arts, table tennis, and hiking on the Appalachian Trail.
